Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glo Laser Centres. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return & Refund Policy that applicable only for that online purchase at Glo Laser Centres website (

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Treatment/ Services Purchase 

First Trial Promotion is only applicable to NEW glo customers only.

Not exchangeable to cash, vouchers, other treatments and products.

Payment made is strictly non-refundable. Please check skin suitability and ensure that you are a new customers before purchase. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and services  cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only physical products are allow for the exchange and is not applicable to any type of services/treatments.

We only replace items if:
i) they are defective or damaged.
ii) wrong product received by you
iii) you are allergy against the product
iv) exchange request is informed within the 7 days after delivery

Exchange process as below:
Step 1: Inform us about your exchange request by sending an email to [email protected] by providing the information below:
– Your full name as same when you made the order online
– Your contact number
– Order ID
– Product(s) to be exchanged
– Product(s) receive date
– Reason for the exchange
Step 2: We will in touch with you on the exchange request and will advise you for the next step.
Step 3: Send us the product(if is applicable for the exchange) together with the original wrapping in order to lower down the damage of the product during the shipping delivery.

Step 4: We will exchange a new/different product by sending back to you hence will refund the shipping cost that occur at Step 3.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
